Online payments are securely processed through Stripe, a leading payment provider, ensuring fast and safe transactions. With our website’s SSL certification, your payment information is encrypted and protected.
In-store payments can be made via PayNow.
For orders made through WhatsApp, an invoice will be sent via email. Payments can be completed by credit card or bank transfer. If paying via bank transfer, please send a screenshot of the receipt to us on WhatsApp for verification.
All bouquets are available for next-day ordering unless stated otherwise.
2.1. Same-day delivery is available for most products unless stated otherwise.
2.2. Delivery slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Once slots are fully booked, dates will be greyed out.
2.3. We reserve the right to reject orders at its discretion. Customers will be informed promptly in such cases.
Express delivery is available at an additional fee of $25 (unless stated otherwise). Orders for express delivery must be placed at least one hour before the desired delivery time frame.

If the main flower in your chosen arrangement is unavailable, we will substitute it with blooms of comparable or superior quality and value. Filler flowers, which add body and charm to the bouquet, are also influenced by seasonal availability.
