These terms and conditions outline the requirements and process for activating the Singapore Flower Delivery Pte Ltd's Premier Price Point Guarantee. Our commitment is to offer superior value by not just matching, but beating legitimate competitor quotes under the following conditions:

1. Activation Requirement: To be eligible for the Premier Price Point Guarantee, customers must present a complete, formal, and verifiable written quote from a competing florist business registered and operating within Singapore.

2. Quote Validity & Verification:

   • The competitor's quote must be current, typically dated within the last 7 calendar days.
   • It must be an official document (e.g., email, PDF quote, publicly accessible webpage link) clearly stating the competitor's name, contact details, the date of the quote, itemised product description, quantities, any service/delivery charges, applicable taxes (e.g., GST), and the final nett price offered.
   • Verbal quotes, screenshots without context, or quotes from non-verifiable sources are not accepted.
   • Singapore Flower Delivery Pte Ltd reserves the right to contact the competitor to verify the quote's authenticity and details.

3. Product & Service Comparability:

   • The guarantee applies strictly to identical, like-for-like floral products. This includes the type and number of flowers, arrangement size and style, container/vase, and overall quality.
   • The quote must also encompass comparable service terms, including delivery date, delivery time window requirements, and delivery location within Singapore. Any associated delivery fees must be clearly included in the competitor's total quoted price.

4. Our Commitment: Upon successful verification of a valid competitor quote that meets all conditions stated herein and offers a lower total price for an identical product and service package, Singapore Flower Delivery Pte Ltd will provide a new quote offering a final price below the competitor's quoted total price.

5. Exclusions: This guarantee does not apply to:

   • Quotes from closing-down sales, liquidation events, auctions, wholesale suppliers, or non-retail florist businesses.
   • Pricing errors or typographical mistakes on competitor quotes.
   • Quotes involving special conditions, limited-time promotions, membership/loyalty discounts, bundled offers not solely for the floral product, or clearance items.
   • Quotes for products that are significantly different in composition, size, or quality.
   • Verbal agreements or informal price indications.

6. Final Decision & Modification:

   • The decision to apply the Premier Price Point Guarantee rests solely with the management of Singapore Flower Delivery Pte Ltd based on adherence to these terms.
   • This guarantee cannot typically be combined with other ongoing promotions or discounts offered by Singapore Flower Delivery Pte Ltd, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
   • Singapore Flower Delivery Pte Ltd reserves the right to modify or withdraw this guarantee and its associated terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

7. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
