A. Islandwide Free Delivery

Singapore Flower Delivery Pte Ltd ("We," "Us," "Our", “Singapore Florist”) provides Free Delivery (Island-Wide) for all products purchased through our website. Simply click on the button in the home page and enter your email to be entitled to it.

Please note that we do not deliver to overseas addresses and Restricted Delivery Locations in Singapore.

Delivery will be ongoing during the upcoming holiday but please take note of the timeslot:

  • Chinese New Year's Eve - 28th January 2025 (10am to 2pm OR 2pm to 6pm)
  • Chinese New Year's Day 1 - 29th January 2025 (10am to 2pm only)
  • Chinese New Year's Day 9 - 30th January 2025 (10am to 2pm only)

B. Restricted Delivery Locations In Singapore

While we offer island-wide delivery, we regret that deliveries cannot be made to the following locations:

  • Tuas & Gul Circle
  • Penjuru
  • Jurong Island
  • Army Camps / Police Camps
  • Airline Road & Alps Ave
  • Hospitals and medical centers
  • Airport

C. Delivery Rights

We strive to fulfil all delivery requests but reserve the right to cancel orders to invalid delivery locations. In such cases, up to 95% of the order amount will be refunded to the customer.

D. UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY

1. A grace period of 10 minutes will be given, during which we will contact the sender and recipient for further instructions if:

  • The address provided is incorrect.
  • The intended recipient is unavailable.
  • No valid contact information is provided.
  • Delivery is delayed due to building management/security issues.

2. If neither the recipient nor a representative is present at the delivery address (during the stipulated date and time), the arrangement will be left outside the unit. We will not be liable for any losses or damages thereafter.

3. Delivery will be ongoing during the upcoming holiday but please take note of the timeslot:

  • Chinese New Year's Eve - 28th January 2025 (10am to 2pm OR 2pm to 6pm)
  • Chinese New Year's Day 1 - 29th January 2025 (10am to 2pm only)
  • Chinese New Year's Day 9 - 30th January 2025 (10am to 2pm only)

E. RE-DELIVERY

1. If delivery is unsuccessful due to the above reasons, customers can request a re-delivery at a standard $20 re-delivery fee.

2. Re-delivery requests can be made by contacting us via WhatsApp at +65 8767 8030.

3. Re-delivery timing is subject to our scheduling.

4. Delivery will be ongoing during the upcoming holiday but please take note of the timeslot:

  • Chinese New Year's Eve - 28th January 2025 (10am to 2pm OR 2pm to 6pm)
  • Chinese New Year's Day 1 - 29th January 2025 (10am to 2pm only)
  • Chinese New Year's Day 9 - 30th January 2025 (10am to 2pm only)

F. CHANGE IN DELIVERY DETAILS

1. To amend delivery details, customers should contact our Customer Service team via WhatsApp at +65 8767 8030 during working hours.

2. Changes must be made before the following cut-off timings to avoid a $10 re-delivery fee:

  • Monday - Saturday Deliveries
    10:00AM - 2:00PM: Notify us by 8:00AM the same day.
    2:00PM - 6:00PM: Notify us by 12:30PM the same day.
  • No PM delivery available for 29 to 30 Jan 2025 (CNY Eve)

Night Deliveries (6pm to 10pm):

  • Monday - Friday (Not available for public holidays, only ready from 11am on same day) Deliveries
    6:00PM - 10:00PM: Notify us by 3:30PM the same day.
  • No night delivery available for 28 to 30 Jan 2025 (CNY Eve)

  • Sunday Deliveries:
    11:00AM - 3:00PM: Notify us by 8:30AM the same day.

3. As our delivery times are set within timeslots and follow a carefully planned route, any express (or special rerouting) delivery requests (causing a reduction in the delivery time range of 60 minutes max.) will incur a $25 charge. We reserve the right to decline express delivery requests if they cannot be accommodated.

4. Delivery will be ongoing during the upcoming holiday but please take note of the timeslot:

G. SELF-COLLECTION

1. Customers can opt for self-collection at no extra charge. The collection is available at:
60 Kaki Bukit Place, #07-09, Eunos Techpark (Lobby B Exit A), Singapore 415979.

2. Self collection is available on:

Morning Self Collection
Monday to Saturday:
10am to 1pm
2pm to 4pm

Self-collection is strictly not available on Sundays, Public Holidays and Public Holiday Eves

3. Please provide at least 1 day’s notice if switching between delivery and self-collection.

4. Please take note of our upcoming delivery schedule:

  • 28th Jan Collection - 10am to 1pm only
  • 29th-30th Jan No Collection
  • 12th-14th Feb Collection - 10am-2pm / 2-6pm
  • 15th-16th Feb No Collection
  • 9th-11th May: 10am-2pm / 2-6pm
  • 15th May No Collection
